Therefore, DGHR Department today plays a central role in consolidating the awareness and knowledge related to modern human resource management systems and applications as well as adopting leading international practices. The aim is to integrate human development initiatives with the strategic objectives of Dubai Plan 2021. It also seeks to form a base of government institutional harmony in addition to its supervisory and regulatory role that exceptionally meet corporate governance requirements and rational management of resources. This is in addition to insuring a perfect interoperability between legislative and regulatory roles.
